All orders are shipped using tracked carriers. Please check your spam or junk mail folder for your shipping confirmation. Our carriers include, but are not limited to, UPS, Canada Post, USPS, DHL, and FedEx. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility. If your order is lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier to initiate an investigation.
If you opt for shipping insurance and your order has not been delivered within the expected shipping window (calculated from the date of fulfillment, not the date the order was placed), we will replace your order at no additional cost and file the claim on your behalf.
Please be aware that some international orders may incur import, customs, and brokerage fees. These costs are the sole responsibility of the receiver, and we advise checking with local postal services, UPS, or import authorities before completing your order. We cannot mark any order shipments as gifts or samples.
